What is Ageing Well?

Ageing Well is a service for people aged 50+ living in Brighton & Hove. We can signpost you to cafes and centres, interest groups & activities, day trips, LGBTQ-specific activities, multicultural activities, volunteering, befriending or advice. Discover more about what Brighton & Hove has to offer by getting in touch.

How Ageing Well can help

We all know it’s good to get out and about, make friends and take part in activities. It can help support your health and wellbeing, while also being great fun! Call us if you, or someone you know, would like our help. We can chat about your interests, then signpost you to a whole range of different activities and services across the city. Our belief is that ageing well is about quality and quantity, and in adding life to the years as well as years to life. We aim to help you make full use of the opportunities that being older and wiser can bring.

How Ageing Well works

  • Call or email us with your enquiry
  • We get in touch with you to find out about your interests and needs
  • We signpost you to activities and services across the City. We can post or email you specific information as needed
  • We may also, with your permission, arrange for someone to call you from a specific service or activity to give further information and detail
