We are a specialist property company which owns GP and primary care buildings around the UK. We invite the GP practices in our buildings to tell us about the local charity and volunteer projects which make a difference to the health of their patients, to which we distribute small funding grants to help them deliver their activities. Many of those projects focus on helping people connect with each other and feel less lonely – from pop-up cafes in our buildings to volunteer transport schemes, befriending projects for people who’ve just lost a loved one, walking groups, armchair yoga sessions and community allotments.
