Chell Area Family Action Group (CAFAG) is a registered charity based at the Whitfield Valley Centre in Fegg Hayes, Stoke-on-Trent. We have long been an invaluable part of the local community, providing activities and services that are designed to improve the physical, mental and social health of the communities of Fegg Hayes, Chell, Chell Heath and the wider areas. At CAFAG we aim to bring a sense of community and aspire to improve the lifestyle in the local community.

CAFAG provides a range of services and actovities for the local community including a Community Cafe, Gym, Creche, Nurseries, Gardening Club, Youth Project, Over 55s Lunch Club, Yoga, Walking Group, Safer Place and with the support of Building Connections we are currently developing a range of activities to support those at risk of being or who are suffering from loneliness.

In addition, we have an extensive Volunteering Programme. Volunteers are at the very heart of everything that we do at CAFAG. Without our volunteers CAFAG simply could not provide the range and quality of activities that we do.

Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, gain skills, take an active part in your community and could lead to employment. It is also a way of giving something back and ofmaking a huge difference to your community. Our activities and services are built for local people and what they need. We want you to behappy here and get the most out of your volunteering experience and we want volunteers to feel valued and cared for.
