We are a charity based in Sleaford and working across Lincolnshire, we have been supporting this community since 1927. Our work is guided by our vision to create a Lincolnshire where people are connected, communities thrive and opportunities exist for all.

Our community is currently facing an epidemic of loneliness and social isolation for people of all ages across Lincolnshire. This is made more challenging by the diminishing presence of vital public services and the extensive rural nature of our beautiful county.

Our ethos is centred on working with people, giving them the skills, resources, connections and confidence to help them deliver a better future for themselves, the people they care about and the communities they live in.

Ever mindful of embedding positive change and ongoing sustainability in every project we deliver, our impact is wide ranging. We deliver a variety of services, these include:

  • Good Neighbour Schemes,
  • Pop-Up Community Cafés,
  • Access to affordable warmth and advice,
  • Succeeding Together, supporting women into business,
  • Community buildings advice and support, and
  • T.E.D. Ageing Better programme, part of the national Ageing Better programme, which is based on the East Coast.
