Hands of Hope is a newly formed community-based charity registered in Peasmarsh but targeting beneficiaries throughout Rother, Hastings and West Kent. Our aim is to teach people and their communities’ practical ways to sustain, conserve, protect and improve the natural environment and, through education and training, improve people’s health and well being using growing, cooking and the natural world with specific focus on tackling rural isolation, loneliness and mental health.

As a charity we are currently delivering 5 projects – Helping Hands Lunch Club – currently running monthly in Peasmarsh, Hawkhurst Shedders, weekly from Hawkhurst, Bee in Company, weekly from Hawkhurst and Growing Buddies weekly from Hawkhurst.
