Ready Friends at Reading Voluntary Action aims to inspire and equip local people to take action on loneliness and social isolation.  We work with new and exisiting community groups, charities, public and commercial bodies in a variety of ways – providing networking opportunities, training, publicity, informatiom, legal advice, inspiration and support.  We have recently launched the Ready Friends toolkit (in hard copy and online) as the go-to place for all you need to take action today through to developing and improving your existing offer to local people: http://rva.org.uk/ready-friends/toolkit/
